Robert Grosser
Robert Grosser has over thirty-three years of residential finance experience. He is a Director of Luxury Mortgage Corp., where he also served as President through December 2017. Luxury has been providing clients with exceptional service and competitive mortgage products since 1996. Luxury is a majority owned subsidiary of Tiptree Inc (Nasdaq TIPT). Historically, a dominant provider of mortgage products targeting the super jumbo category, Luxury has successfully transitioned its platform into a more diverse originator of home loan products serving a broader segment of the marketplace. Prior to joining Luxury as its President in 2009, Rob was the President and Managing Member of Homestar Direct. Founded in 1999, Homestar operated as a residential mortgage banker serving homeowners in the Northeast and Middle Atlantic States. Homestar utilized a consumer direct marketing strategy. By combining an expansive consumer database with leading edge mortgage technology, Homestar delivered low cost residential loans directly to homeowners and homebuyers. Rob began his career in mortgage lending with his founding in 1985 of Ready Funding Corp., a regional mortgage brokerage firm. From 1987-1997 he was CEO of Cityscape Corp, a publicly traded mortgage banking company with operations in the US and UK.
As principal of OnLine Capital Funding, LLC, Rob is an active investor in innovative seed stage companies in the US and abroad. Over the past twenty years, he has invested in over twenty-five early stage companies across a broad spectrum of sectors. In addition to his private investment activities, Mr. Grosser was a founder and Board member of The Sherpa Group, a Company formed with the objective of achieving significant capital appreciation through investment in a portfolio of seed stage innovative technology start-ups outside the United States. Rob was a founding member of the Board of Directors of Wilmington National Finance, Inc. a subsidiary of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB (NASDAQ: WSFS) from its formation until the sale of the company to a subsidiary of AIG. Rob was a lead investor and Director of Realty Data Corp., a company that provides automated property reports and other relevant real estate data in real time via the Internet. The company was sold to National Real Estate Information Services, a leading vendor management firm.
Rob is the Managing Principal of Mortgage Industry Consultants, LLC. His client base includes a publicly traded REIT, a top ten independent residential mortgage banker, and the mortgage affiliate of a large regional real estate brokerage firm.

Cheryl Carl
Cheryl Carl has been a respected consumer finance professional for over forty years. Cheryl is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She has held senior executive positions overseeing all operational aspects of mortgage banking, including credit, risk, compliance, servicing, and due diligence.
As Principal of Spectrum Financial Consultants, Inc., Cheryl’s concentration for the past twenty years has been providing operational due diligence reviews and fraud examinations. Cheryl has been retained by warehouse lenders, fidelity and bond issuers, and global insurance companies to perform operational and financial reviews on banks and mortgage banking firms
Due diligence reviews encompass all operational areas of an institution, comprising of selective loan reviews, loan production processes, origination strategies, loan manufacturing processes and controls, warehousing, internal audit, secondary marketing, compliance, servicing, and quality control. Additionally, we review state, federal, and agency examinations. We focus on identifying existing or potential organizational risks. Our reports provide both findings and recommendations.
Prior to forming Spectrum, Cheryl’s experience includes; Senior Vice President and Director at Cityscape Corp., Principal and Executive Vice President at Astrum Funding Corp., Vice President at Advance Abstract Corp., Vice President and Credit Manager at Oxford Resource Corp. and Gramatan Home Investors Corp.
Cheryl is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Jamie Troia
Jamie Troia is the founder of Greystack Digital Marketing. He has more than 25 years experience in technology, finance and marketing. Jamie completed both the General Electric Financial Management Program and the General Electric Information Management Leadership Program with a focus on utilizing technology to improve business process.
After a couple year stint with some bourgeoning boutique NYC consulting firms focused on spreading the word of Internet technologies, Jamie launched REXnetwork.com a real estate start-up focused aggregating online listing data with a focus on hyper-local advertising. Following the “burst” of the Internet bubble in 2000, Jamie became the technology and marketing director for Homestar Direct, a consumer-direct private mortgage banking firm where he worked to grow the call center from 10 to more than 100 loan officers and successfully assisted in the sale of the company to Luxury Mortgage Corporation.
At Homestar, Jamie managed a multi-million name prospect database that was constantly updated and segmented to continually achieve lower CPFL (cost-per-funded-loan). His multi-channel marketing efforts successfully combined email marketing, direct mail, and pay-per-click lead generation.
Jamie has been the managing partner at Greystack since 2010 where he has grown the firm to be a Hubspot Gold Certified partner and one of the largest Inbound Marketing agencies in the New York Metro region. Greystack remains active in the residential and commercial real estate industries as well as real estate finance with clients that include Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, Luxury Mortgage Corporation, LLC and OwnAmerica.
